DISCUSSION DETAILS:
We have discussed services which our company will provide and marketing analysis as well. Blue Oceans will provide wide range of event planning products and services which include Venue Selection, Event Design and Décor, catering (Menu Creation & Selection), photography, sending online invitation etc.
In market analysis, we have worked on market segmentation, target market strategy and competitive analysis.
We have broken our market segments into

• organizations or business people (for corporate events or catering)
• brides & grooms (for wedding receptions) and their family members
• individuals (into age groups) for social events like birthday parties, holiday dinners etc
• Other events (which dont fit into above categories)

Target market strategy

Our target markets are middle to upper-middle class families, couples, individuals, or private and public organizations. We chose these groups because they are most able to afford event planners.We will provide convenience of one stop shopping for our clients.
